Challenge
A founder-led audio brand with strong product but no growth engine, tangled SKU strategy, and no international play. Margin compression was accelerating.
Solution
We acquired a controlling stake, embedded a full operator team, replatformed to Shopify Plus, rebuilt the creative system, and launched into UK, DE, FR, NL, AU, and CA in sequence.
Results
Quarter-over-quarter revenue compounded for seven consecutive quarters. Margin expanded from 38% to 56%. Northwave now ships to six markets with localized fulfillment.
